Happy Holidays & New Years

I hope that all of you are filled with joy over this year’s holidays and the coming New Year. May all of you notice that you are blessed each and everyday and especially for the year to come I pray your days are filled with blessing and that we all have the wisdom to notice those blessings.

With love,

The Kingdom & Divinity is In and Around You

You are made of energy and everything in the universe is vibrating. Vibrating both spiritually and on the atomic level every atom vibrates with it’s unique frequency. You can explain it with science or in spiritual terms, but, everything puts out positive or negative energy. Even the oceans and streams that turn into rivers oscillate at a certain rate. More importantly, just like rivers, the energy of rivers and us as spiritual beings exert force on our surroundings and cause the things around us to change. We have an influence on the world and people around us.

The religious leaders of Jesus’ day always wanted to know when and where the Kingdom of God starting and where is it. In Luke 17:21 Jesus says, Nor will people say, Look! Here [it is]! or, See, [it is] there! For behold, the kingdom of God is within you [in your hearts] and among you [surrounding you]. The religious people, tied up in their old ways of thinking, where always trying to tie Jesus down to their own understanding of spiritual things. Jesus had a way with the religious community of never giving into their way of thinking and he challenged them on every turn.

When it comes to our sphere of influence it is not a tangible object that can be touched, like a table. Like love, spiritual energy is real even though you can’t touch it. Many things we can’t touch are real; the love we have for our family or the one we fall in love with, our feelings about friends and on and on it goes. Many of the most important things in life are things that have no physical substance and are still real. You can’t put love in a jar and say, “Look, I have a jar of love”.

Another spiritual point I’d like to make is that we are all born of God, born of the divine. Early in scripture, one of the first words for God comes from the word Elohim. Jesus in John 10:34 in reference to Psalms 82:6 and says, Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your Law, ‘I said, you are gods’? So, God even calls us gods. So, let that sink in a little bit the next time you want to think negative about yourself. Let it change your life, let it change your day and ultimately let it flow out of you and you change the world.

Get plugged into a new way of thinking and once having thought in a certain way, let the next wave of spiritual vibrations even then change you again. Let it shake your world.

I’m not saying bad things won’t happen and everything in live will be forever roses. I’m saying you can practice a more full way of living, life sharing, and tune into the energy and frequency that will lift you up and bring your world more peace, more love and more emotional, spiritual control over dark energy. Just light a candle and shine light and it will send out vibrations into you and into the world around you.

In His Presence,

Perception becomes reality

You can have the perception that your life or things in life around your are good or evil and your perception makes that a reality for you and around you.

1. “The light for your earthly life is perception. Therefore, if your perception is without fault, your whole life shall be enlightened. If your perception is evil, your whole life shall be darkened by it; if the light for you is darkness, how deep will your darkness become?” (Matthew6:22,23 – Khaboris Manuscript)

My Own Personal Hell

I’m at hell. This particular hell is called the Dentist. It not because I’m getting anything painful done today. It’s the waiting and waiting, just to get out of the waiting room to be seen.

Sitting here is just boring, it’s not really an end of the world issue. At the very least it gives me the chance to spend some tone in thought.

Do you ever get that way? A place where it drives you a little nut and you just have to take a mental step back and pause a moment and try to look at things different.

My dental visit is over. I went back when I was called with a smile on my face and in my heart. I can say it helped me not lash out or feel angry. Its not to say that it is not a stressful situation for me, because it is when you are coping with social anxiety like me.

So, my real personal hell is pretty much every social interaction that I have in public or on the phone.

So, I’ll leave it at this for now and ask for your feedback. What pushes your buttons and how do you deal with it? I’d love to hear your stories in tv comments.

Peace out,
Ryan Nix

Looking Up in the Spiritual Dimensions in You

The psalmist David wrote many songs and back in those days they would say, “Lookup” to the Lord. There are many songs even now that have that theme of looking up to God. Thankfully, we understand that Jesus, God, Spirit lives on the inside and not the outside of us. So, when you look up, you are calling to look up to a higher spiritual places within you … within your spirit where God dwells.

Set aside the time: I don’t know about you, but most of us are a lot the same – and I need to look up… to find encouragement from the usual things in life that can bring us down. Just set aside the time to be encouraged. That could be once a week at church if you go, ever three days, or every day – Just make it a habit to set aside the time to
lookup and be encouraged.

Where do I start?: Take inventory – sit down and write out a list of things that encourage you. It could be hanging out with friends, pray time alone, exercise, music. I know that when people go running or walking it activates the creative center of the mind. You might need time to just reflect on life or the last few days while you walk. Creativity is so important to being encouraged. Set aside the time to encourage yourself and take creative inventory of the things that keep love, life and joy flowing within you and keep you looking up.

The Hurt in Our Lives: Are you hurting? You are hurting. I’m serious, we are all hurting. If we weren’t hurting then we would’t have to take control of our problems and find joy by looking up within us. Sometimes it is easy to block out the reasons we are hurting. For others it is very obviously what is causing hurt in our lives and the problem with that is it becomes us the only thing in our focus. And setting aside time to take inventory of the things that gives of love and joy has to be very intentional. So, that hurt can be dealt with in our lives and for us to come to a place were we are at peace with problems in our lives without it consuming us.

Where are we headed?: Let Love consume you. If you don’t let love consume you then the hurt in your life with consume you. Hurt will distort your vision of the world around you and your perception of people. You’ll find that you hate people more than you love them — and that has to change in your life if you want to be whole and healed. If we want to be healed, then we have to be headed toward love. The thing about love is you can always have more. Love is like an ocean — it is deep, it is wide and the size of it is infinite and so large that it can not be calculated. Perhaps you need to connect to someone you’ve lost contact with from the past and show them love — give them some of your time and let it be about them. Don’t make it about you. Just give love to them. Give them a call and see how they are doing. The Spirit will speak to you because of that time that you give.

In closing, find out what you need to do this week to set aside time, heal the hurt with in you just a little bit more, and dive in deeper to love and lastly share that love with someone and watch it grow in them and within you.

With all my love,
